ABOUT ME

I'm really easy going and a cinch to get along with. To that, I'm very curious (my job requires it) and like learning new things and meeting new people.

My three main interests are science, literature/language, and music.

I work in a lab studying schizophrenia and have spent the majority of my education focusing on mental health issues. The mind/brain is a very interesting thing, and this is never more apparent, unfortunately, than when it functions pathologically. That said, its amazing to see what people can cope with and how they do so.

Furthermore, I'm into Japanese (language, culture, etc) and literature. I'm applying to work abroad, so, if things go my way, I may have a couch in Japan to offer. Fingers crossed.

Oh, and I love (vegetarian) food.
