I'm on Couchsurfing to meet new people while travelling. I've heard some amazing things about Couchsurfing before so thought it would be a great experience for me! A good friend of mine used to be a host for Couchsurfing and she had an awesome experience so I'm hoping I will too.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love music. Seeing live music is one of my favorite things to do. I love Umphrey's McGee, Ween, Modest Mouse, LCD Soundsystem, My Morning Jacket, Skinshape, Spoon, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Elder Island, Tame Impala, Lotus, FKJ, Moe., Emancipator, Bonobo, Whitney, Liz Cooper and the Stampede, Phish, Allman Brothers Band, Khruangbin, Flamingosis, BoomBox, Tedeschi Trucks Band, DIIV, Disco Biscuits, Anderson Paak - and so much more. I have a pretty wide variety of music tastes and am always open to suggestions.

It's hard for me to pick a favorite book but I recently read Circe and absolutely loved it - it was so beautifully written from start to finish. A few other favorites are Room, Into the Wild, No Exit, the Silent Patient, Stupid and Contagious, The Hate U Give, All of the Ugly and Wonderful Things. Right now I'm reading Gods of Jade and Shadow.

Movies: There's a lot of movies that I love, but I don't obsess over movies like I do over tv shows. Right now I'm super into the Righteous Gemstones. I'm also a huge fan of Stranger Things, Silicon Valley, Game of Thrones, Westworld, Big Little Lies, Broad City, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Rick and Morty, Breaking Bad, Bojack Horseman

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

One amazing thing I've done is hike the Narrows trail at Zion National Park - it was a challenging hike but absolutely beautiful! It was early November so the trail was practically empty, which is a rarity since it is such a popular trail. The trail is the narrowest section of Zion and it's between 2 canyons that gets narrower as you hike through, and the water also gets deeper (at some points up it was up to my waist) as you go, because you're hiking in the Virgin River.
