I've been saving up for a while now and have decided that it's time that I travel and experience other cultures and meet new people and do something on my own. I’m a bit shy at first but once you get me talking, I always have something to say. I’m up for just about anything like going to museums or art galleries, hanging out in a park or going out at night.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people! I’ve stayed in a few hostels but couchsurfing would help me meet locals and that’s always how I’ve wanted to travel! I’ve found that doing the touristy things in a city is cool but wandering through side streets and seeing things from a locals perspective gives me a better vibe of the city.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is all over the place. I’m a big fan of EDM (Martin Garrix, R3HAB, Galantis), I absolutely love disco and old stuff (Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, Earth Wind and Fire, Fleetwood Mac).
My top favourite movies are Les Intouchables, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, Pulp Fiction, Motorcycle Diaries and Mama Mia! I really love the BBC series of Sherlock, Friends and I keep going back to That 70’s Show.
I’m not a huge fan of poetry but I really liked Milk & Honey. I like Jane Austen novels but I can read just about anything (I used to read Archie comics all the time!)

I saved up $3000 to pay for 11 flights around Brazil so that I could go to the World Cup!
