ABOUT ME

I am a crazy girl who loves to travel. On my last trip I started with couchsurfing, and now as I am back home, I am looking forward to meet Couchsurfers, who will hopefully bring a bit of the abroad into Switzerland!!!

PHILOSOPHY

On my travel I found out some important things:
- A smile can make the difference
- Respect cultural differences, even if sometimes they are sooooo annoying, but on the other hand they make the world more interesting, more colourful

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started with couchsurfing beginning of 2011. As I was travelling around, I first participated by staying at other members apartments and houses or meet them for a coffee. Now that I'm back home I am happy to open my doors for couchsurfers from all over the world - it will be a pleasure hosting them or meeting them for a drink or coffee.

Interests

I love:
- eating
- travelling
- partying / dancing
- chatting to people
- sleeping

I hate:
- waiting
- rain and cold weather
- numbers

I am interested in a lot of different things and I am really openminded to get to know and try out new things. It's fun!
But be aware, I am nothing in extreme: I like to visit a museum for 2 hours, but not for 5 hours. I like going trekking for 2-3 days, but not for 10. I like to be at the beach for some days, but after 5 days I have to move or do something.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to go to the cinema - especially when it's cold and rainy. My favourite movies are thrillers and comedies, mainly romantic comedies (I AM A GIRLIE GIRL :-)).
I read whatever comes into my hands, BUT usually I prefer to chat to people instead of reading... :-)
I LOVE music - what sort depends on my mood. For dancing I prefer other music than for cleaning my appartement or driving my car.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have not only seen a mini Hurricane, NO, I have been hit by a mini Hurricane - and I survived it!

Having travelled around quite a lot: Maybe I can give you some tips and recommendations for your next trip?
My work in Switzerland is mainly organizing - maybe I can help you organizing something?
Also, I am very good at bargaining - which could help you saving some money...
