I was always writing here long texts about me. For the sake of simplicity I cut them short.
I´m hoping that they contain all the essential information you need about me. Still I am always in the process of constantly rewriting myself.. for the better.

I really love and admire passionate people who just do what they love!

I`m doing couchsurfing to connect with smart, creative, wonderful and LOVING people from this Planet and to form lasting connections. I love meeting nerds, social misfits and people who feel eccentric to whatever standards our society dictates.
The sleeping at my place thing is so you can be here. It`s not a big deal. I`ll wash your clothes, that`s what washing machines are there for. I`ll help you fix your bicycle, laptop, phone.. whatever- because it sucks to be on a trip and having to deal with problems. You can always get a hug from me. That said, I am less interested in "cool" party-people who want to have a "cool" time out drinking and you absolutely need to have at least some common values in life to stay with me. I stopped drinking alcohol and didn`t drink too much in my past anyway. I don`t like the whole culture around it and how tolerable it is to act like an asshole under it`s influence.I don`t mind if somebody has an occasional beer/wine though.

I had a lot of opinions in my life, just so they can get blasted into pieces by meeting the right people/situations and having an enlightening and inspiring experience. I learned many times that i actually totally love something I didn`t know about or was very negative about. Please bear with me as I will always be a student in this life on earth... but also always a teacher :-)

My Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is INFP - The Dreamer or Healer - idealistic, humane, creative, quirky, and individualistic.

I like to be uncomplicated and unconditional when it comes to treating new people. Can we just cut out the bullshit and talk straight and honest? Some speical people in my life who were strangers once took me with open arms and treated me as if i was family. I`m just an infinitely better person around other,friendly and like-minded people than I am by myself. I don`t think anybody should be alone out there.

OK and let`s get this straight: CATS CATS CATS CATS CATS CATS!!!!
I am really crazy about cats. I love them more than anything else in the world because they are always better than humans. I find it a totally legitimate reason for meeting up if you have a cat or are a cat lover :-D Also it makes sense, because i think cat-people have similar character traits. I also have a cat now at my place so please don't consider coming if you're allergic. Thanks

I am a hacker, tinkerer and engineer. There is nothing more satisfying than working on your own stuff and helping other people understand how things work. It is an enlightening experience, since the Market doesn`t want you to work on your own stuff. I will totally try to fix your stuff! RESISTANCE IS FUTILE !

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I host, surf and guide people through my city. I love having get-togethers at my place for movies, cooking etc. I am not a good touristy guide and don`t expect me to know all the touristy places.
Couchsurfing is for me about creating Friendships around the world and this is why i want to stay in contact with hosts and surfers!

I love cooking, as long as i don`t have to do it alone or at least don`t have to eat alone. The same is the case for trips around the city or other activities.
I`m not that partying-drinking-guy since i work mildly hard at work and enjoy my rest and peace in my spare time.
