I'm a cheerful and outgoing girl, with a sociable character and a great ability to communicate. I like meeting different people from all over the world, I like to share and learn from each other and I'm always open to new and enriching experiences that life can offer me.

Some years ago I decided to begin my inner journey to discover who am I and what I’m here for. The last years have been very intensive and gratifying because, even if the path I’ve not always been clear, it’s wonderful to discover that we can be completely happy and in harmony with nature and every being in the world by just attaining full awakening.

I practice yoga and I’ve been vegetarian for the last 10 years, now Vegan. I believe very strongly in Ahimsa, the principle of non-violence, which includes all living organisms without any exception. I believe that Love is the better way to live, considering love in its broadest sense.

I believe in a exchange-based society, where all of us can share life experiences, knowledge, teachings, material assets, time and different ways of living, because this is the only way that we could keep connected with each other and understand that we all are part of a single world, we all are one.

I really like the countryside, the mountain and outdoor activities, and especially yoga since its practice allows me to connect even more with everything around me and helps me to live the present moment, understanding that all things are perfect just like they are.

I love the film "Amelie" because she is aware of everything that surrounds her, she pays attention to the small details, she put colors and music in her life... I also like travel documentaries such as "Salt of the Earth", Baraka or Samsara .

Music: virtually all kind of music. Blues, jazz, hindie, reggae, classic, pop... Music is the color of life and lightens the heart. ;o)

I have lived 6 months in a rural community in Senegal with a local family. This experience helped me to break through many inner blocks and start my growth path towards a more conscious life.
