Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I am a true Texan lol. I would say my outer appearance does not always reflect my inner. I look reserved and sophisticated on the outside, but at heart, I am a bit rugged and tomboyish with a fem twist. I have a love for living life on the "edge" and of course traveling is a passion, however, I am a late bloomer. After my divorce in 2014, I decided that I was going to live life on my terms and follow my dreams.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I actually found this site when Googling "how to travel across country for free". This site came up in my search, and I was hooked right away. Call me crazy, as long as you're calling me! This is such a cool idea and I wanted to be apart immediately. It's amazing what you can find when you are desperate to expand your horizons and think outside of the normal travel box!
Interests
Men. I like my men like I like my Peanut Butter.......... Smooth and Nutty!(My own original quote, You're welcome). Seriously though, I am interested in archaeology, foreign languages, Global issues, exploring caves, sea exploration, remote villages, knowledge of demons, rituals(ancient), food, wine, meeting new/interesting/like-minded people.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got a divorce from my then husband to go on and pursue my dream of getting a college degree. This was life changing for he and I. We are still friends, but realized that our hasty decision to get married stifled our growth. It was never meant to turn into a marriage, however, we were always friends.
