About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm a University student currently studying abroad in Denmark. I study history and I love being outside. I'm into biking (back home in the States, I don't have a bike here), hiking, and general tree-covered areas. I love music and try to listen to it as much as possible, especially these days I'm looking for new suggestions so if there is anything you want to share with me I'm probably excited about it.

From November 1-15, I have a break from school and am going to be taking trains around Europe with a couple of different people. I'm really excited for this opportunity to meet people all over the continent!

I'm into reading books and writing a little bit, and also partying when there's time for it. Which is usually.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm pretty into smiling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't had that much experience with couchsurfing, but for me, it means a chance to get to know people who also feel like there are amazing people out there. I feel like the project is based on trust, which is important to me and really how I base my world view. I really want people to come stay with me!

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently Reading: Sweetness in the Belly (I forget who it's by)
This is a book about Ethopian refugees who have found themselves in England. It's really interesting and captivating, although a little bit intense at times. Not finished it yet, so I'm not sure if I recommend it, but I think so.

Music! I love music! These days I'm listening to a lot of Mountain Goats, Wilco, Beatles, the Fugees, and the Grateful Dead

Teach, Learn, Share

Frisbee, friendship bracelets, cartwheels, frying eggs
