Overview
About Me
My name is Sophia and I'm from the small country in Eastern Europe. It is called Moldova, but most likely you'll think its Maldives, but unfortunately it is not. I adore cats and dogs and probably I am the biggest cat lover in the whole world. I am an active volunteer and I absolutely love working with kids and animals as well. I really love watching football and I am a huge fan of Liverpool FC. So if you're a scouse just let me know that and we'll be best friends forever.
I love spending time playing board games, laughing, watching some stupid sitcoms, reading and obviously traveling.

Little update:
Hey guys, I've recently moved to another country and I cannot host or hang out with you in Chisinau :( I am currently in Rennes, France, but in case if you have any questions about Moldova - feel free to text me and I will help you with my advice somehow!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The idea of meeting people without any benefit or profit is beautiful. Getting know new cultures, languages, traditions and just hanging out with people from other countries, sharing with them experiences is really great. It makes people's lives more extraordinary and this is why I am here. I'd love to share some things about my culture and discover others people culture in return.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Took part as a volunteer in a global project called TOM (Tikkun Olam Makers). This is a project in which makers (engineers, doctors, programmers, designers and etc) create prototypes for need-knowers (people with different disabilities). Taking part and seeing this was just incredible. I was really speechless after seeing a man moving his new arm prosthesis just like its his real arm. I did not create anything but I am so glad I was part of this amazing project that took part for the first time here, in Moldova.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach you some russian or romanian language, how to cook moldovan or russian traditional food. I can also bring some board games to have fun. Or I can just drink with you some beer or wine, whatever.
