ABOUT ME

I love to connect with different people, get to know other cultures, and spread joy in every corner of the world. Nature is my happy place, and I enjoy anything that gets me outside: hiking, biking, paddleboarding, swimming. A home yoga practice is an every day must for me, so don't be surprised if I whip my mat out first thing every rising.

Interests

I love to dance! And sing in the shower! I play the ukulele and sometimes I paint.
I do yoga daily and I've started actually enjoying my meditation practice. Qi gong is another favorite movement therapy. I dabble in the flow arts and fire spinning as well.
I'd always rather be barefoot and outside in the sunshine.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can guide you through yoga, Qi gong, and meditation. I also really enjoy cooking and would be happy to cook a plant based meal for us to enjoy. If you're into doing a photoshoot, those are always fun!
