ABOUT US

We are a young (well at least one of us, says Sophia) international couple. :)
Sophia grew up in Hamburg (Germany), where we both now live. Ingrid grew up in Rijeka (Croatia). We met in Ireland a few years back and are a couple since.

We love to travel!
Ingrid loves nature...Sophia tags along even thought she has allergies. :) One of our little traditions now on every trip we do is to enjoy a nice buffet (mostly asian). Ingrid loves fleamarkets and her dog and Sophia loves her nieces, beeing crafty (seriously, she can make anything...) and architecture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ingrid introduced Sophia to CSing. Looking back...it was a really good decision to try and travel together. :) Together we surfed in Northern Ireland, Scotland and England.
Ingrid did a bit more...Italy, Morocco, Turkey, Serbia, Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria...
When you knock on a door...you never know who is on the other side or what adventures are waiting for you...and let me tell you...we had some great ones! :)

Interests

Traveling is a big one! :)))
Our rotas are very different what makes the most important thing spending our time as much as possible together. We love to cook and play stupid games. Game evenings with friends are lovely. :) The two days a year when it's not raining in Hamburg we are outdoors. :) There are some really pretty places to see around here.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Beeing volunteers with Simon Community in Galway was awesome! Especially because it gave us the chance to live together with people from 8 different countries :)

Teach, Learn, Share

Sophia can teach you how to make falafel and hummus and Ingrid can teach you some croatian swearwords (believe me they are better than the german ones). :)
