I'm a food-obsessed vegan who loves movies, music, cats, and the outdoors. I'm about to embark upon a PhD in literature focusing on new media and film studies, with the goal of working for increased media literacy and greater access to the creative powers of technology. My boyfriend is getting his PhD in astrophysics.
