About Me

Hi there,
I'm 25 years old, from England and I currently teach in Vietnam. I've lived in Hanoi for just over a year. Before this I was teaching in South Korea for 3 years (sorry my Korean is non existent~ terrible at best). I have a small dog (rescue from Korea) called Happy. He is the friendliest dog you will ever meet so if you have been traveling a while and miss your own pets I'm sure he will be a bonus! I'm very sociable, I go out most weekends and I'm constantly looking to make new friends and meet cool people. During the week I like to do Muay Thai boxing or go out for dinner with friends. My job can be hard sometimes so on those days I may return home and have a glass of wine! 😂 This is my first time using this so I'm not sure what to write but if you'd like to know more just message me ☺

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've never used it before but friends of mine have and said it's great. Not only can you stay places for free and meet locals, if you host, you get the opportunity to meet new interesting people all the time. I'd love to help someone new to Hanoi either enjoy their travels or find their feet if they plan on living here ♡

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to just about anything. When I go out I like to go out to places where I can dance, whether it be somewhere with salsa music or a club with a DJ.
I read A LOT. Mainly crime/mystery or romance novels. I have a soft spot for Cecilia Ahern's books.
I can watch anything and I DO watch a lot of films :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done to date is adopt my beautiful dog Happy :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

If I were to stay with you I could help you improve your English, if you have children I'm great with children. Or I could simply share my life and experiences with you and you could make a new international friend.
