I spent a year in the States when 17 years old (Sylvania, Ga). I kept close links with my host family.
I've lived in Togo, West Africa for the last 19 years.
I'm a mother of 3 + occasional extras !!! Eolia 17 years old, Maeva 15, Mateo & Zarrann 9.
My husband and I enjoy traveling and meeting people more than anything. We like tasting new flavors and food is definitely part of our trips !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I cherish the idea that traveling is about meeting others. For me couchsurfing is part of an emerging philosophy where you do not HAVE TO go through commercial offers. Human relationships are back on the game ! I hope it will change everything in the coming decades... Not naive, just hopeful !

Books : my favorite authors are Gilbert Sinouhé & Jean-Christophe Ruffin.
Movies : Babel, Crash, Chef (any movies with different fates bumping into each other)
Music : I listen to music all the time since my husband is an addict ! Very eclectic choices. Lately : Paris Combo for example. I love soundtracks (from Gustavo Santaolala, Rachel Portman...)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rented an RV and crossed the USA from Atlanta to Utah (through Alabama, Mississippi, New Mexico, Arizona, Grand Canyon), up to Yellowstone and back. Best time ever with my husband & 3 kids !

Got married in Las Vegas !
