Hey there! My name is Sophie and I am a 25 year old that has recently gotten the travel bug. 2 years ago, I realized I was "stuck". I was working 6 days a week doing a job that I no longer had passion for, and every day came with the exact same routine. Long story short, I decided that I needed a big change, and with that came the need to travel. I have since sold my horse, quit my job, saved my pennies, and started out with a 1 month trip to Thailand in the Spring. I quickly realized that I want to make travel a part of my life. So here I am- gearing up for a 3.5 month solo trip throughout New Zealand(6 weeks) and Australia(8 weeks). I am hoping that I can meet some awesome people along the way!!

I hope to be able to share experiences with like minded people. I am realizing how important travel is to me, and what better way to experience a new place than to meet some of the locals. I will also be traveling on a budget, and I'm hoping to cut down on some costs for accommodation. Fingers crossed!
