I'm a person who loves to laugh. I love to do things with my hands. I really enjoy meeting new people and learning about them. I love to talk to any person who is passionate, it doesn't matter what they are passionate about. I find most things interesting. :)

I try to live life with gratitude, optimism, and thoughtfulness, and openness.

I really value local knowledge and culture and I think it's important to soak these things in when I'm traveling. I want to learn more about the world we live in, and the people in it, as well as make some friends along the way! I hope that's not too cheesy!

Zainteresowania

I love art of all kinds. I studied sculpture for my undergraduate degree but I am interested in everything related to creativity. I also have a huge passion for music, and I don't go anywhere without my massive ancient iPod brick. I'm one of those homely artisinal types, and I love cooking, baking, and restaurants. I especially love tasting cheeses/dairy products and desserts from different places in the world. My favorite vacation/holiday activities are beach combing and horseback riding!

Muzyka, filmy i książki

I love all music! Literally! SOme of my favorites are Bright Eyes, The Flaming Lips, Vampire Weekend, Baths, Regina Spektor, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Radiohead, Norah Jones, Elliott Smith, Bon Iver, Amy Winehouse, Andrew Bird, Beck, Lorde, Passion Pit, Of Montreal, YACHT, Taylor Swift, The Tallest Man on Earth, Sheryl Crow............I'll never stop writing them! I love folk music but I will listen to anything and everything, including those pop hits ;) I have a very emotional relationship to music and I don't mind things that make me feel nostalgic. Music can make people fall in love, cry, scream, it's truly one of the greatest forces in the world.

My favorite movie is probably Eternal Sunshine of the Spottless Mind, and I also love Paris Je T'aime. My favorite book is Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close by Johnathan Safran Foer. I don't really see a lot of movies, but I do love them.

Jedna niesamowita rzecz, którą zrobiłem(-am)

The most amazing thing I have ever done is climb Mount Uncompahgre in Colorado. It took five days to hike to the base of the mountain!

I can teach you how to repair ripped clothing! I can teach you how to make a perfect pie crust! I can teach you how to build shelves for your house! And a lot of other things too!

I want to learn how to cook (anything!), anything about horses, or anything that is particularly interesting :)
