Synesthete, intense, creative & artistic, independent, strong-minded, analytical & scientific. I have an open heart and a happy soul ;)
I'm pretty much into baking, any kind of sweet stuff, fruits, doing sports (running, swimming, dancing, polebatics, yoga), hiking, deep and progressive electronic music, art and red wine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm looking for locals to get to know the real countries I'm visiting. And/or for friends to explore the city and the country/ nature - but I'm also extremely fine on my own.
- electronic music
Music, Movies, and Books
MUSIC: Odesza, Booka Shade, Daft Punk, Alle Farben, Lisa Mitchell, Shanti Powa, Steve Appleton, Shy guy at the show. Red Hot Chilly Peppers are also quite nice.
I'm a big fan of deep/progressive electronic music in general.
MOVIES: Vicky Christina Barcelona, The Fountain, Temple Grandin, My Family and Other Animals, Sucker Punch, Wall-E, Nymphomaniac I (not the 2nd), Life (TV series).
FOOD: Chocolate, all kinds of fruits.
BOOKS: Fight club, Momo, Corfu Triology, Otherland and Stefanie Plum novels, Mary Roach in general, Discworld novels.
Recently I've read The Giver and A casual vacency - both books had quite an impact on me.
I like to read books I have no idea what it'll be about. Before I got an ebook reader I occasionally used to pick books just by the cover - think of this whatever you wish to.
ART: Hundertwasser, Gaudi, Franz Mark, Keith Haring.
In the last few years I explored artists of new media. Worth watching: Evan Roth (Internet Landscapes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ql5aqQEp7ig),
Mark Leckey (Pearl Vision, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DuyRrA-MXio)
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm pretty awesome with cakes and their decoration (using only chocolate and marzipan and not fondant). I'm happy to teach you how to do it. It's simple, but requires some patience ;)
There will be a blog sometime, right now it's just a facebbook album (which definetly needs to be updated): http://goo.gl/QUrcWj
Weird german words. I'll insist on you teaching me spanish ones.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Intense conversations, fruits I don't know the name of which I brought during the day, creative and artistic ideas (just give me a topic), companionship at doing sports and maybe a bit of hard Yoga.
