Hi I'm Sophie and 20 years old. After school I decided to go one year abroad before I started studying in Leipzig.
So I made my first couchsurfing experiences in Australia and I loved it.

As I am currently studying to become a teacher (some day), travelling is a great opportunity for me to forget about my schedule and start enjoying life. Actually I think travelling is the best way to experience new cultures and learn from other people.

I would describe myself as a cheerful and open-minded person - being together with my friends and having long conversations is the best way for me to spend my time with.

I don't really have a favourite artist or something like that, but music has to confirm with my mood. Sometimes it has to be smooth and relaxing but a few minutes later it should be loud. In general I prefer indie alternative music like Alt-j, Kooks, Ben Howard and a German group: Annenmaykantereit.

I guess traveling without knowing anyone in a country on the other side of the world is a kind of an amazing thing, hey?:-)
