ABOUT ME

Hey there,
I am Sophie.
When I was 18 I discovered my passion for traveling and since then I travel as often and long as possible.
I love to discover new cultures and try new food.
For the last three month together with my boyfriend I traveled India and Nepal. Hiking the Himalaya was such an amazing experience. India was just crazy in every single thing and I had the best food I ever tried.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

While traveling I met people from around the world who I later visited, they stayed at my place in Germany or I found a couch to crush at couches of friends of friends.. I think that counts.. but I never actually arranged something over this platform.

Music, Movies, and Books

almost all kind of music.. But I am really into Reggae
I am really bad with remembering titles but "Hectors travel and the search for happiness" just popped up in my head. And I really like the movie about Amy Winehouse I recently watched.
Right know I am reading "Shantaram" which I really like and would recommend.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There is not really ONE amazing thing. I think most of the experiences I made while traveling were really amazing

Teach, Learn, Share

I am learning Spanish at the moment so that is my main thing right now. I would be happy to improve it.
But I also want to learn yoga, meditation, more about permaculture, sustainability and good healthy cooking.
