Overview
About Me
I enjoy comedy, reading, long trips on my bicycle and spending time with people. I am currently pursuing a PhD in environmental studies, where my research intersects broadly with environmental justice, human rights, and private property.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I find that Couchsurfing is a way to spread kindness. My experience with Couchsurfing has been overwhelmingly positive - it has been a great way to meet people in new places, host people, and help make travel more affordable. My first experience couchsurfing came in 2010 when a friend and I missed a plane to Amsterdam and were in Copenhagenwithout a place to stay. A kind and welcoming couch surfer let us stay on short notice. We got to know Copenhagen in a new way and I am forever grateful for that experience and hope to reciprocate the kindness.
