About Me

I am better in expressing myself through music than through language, maybe thats why I studied something psychological like music therapy. After school I went to Hungary to do a one-year voluntary service with Roma-people. During my bachelor studies in the Netherlands (Enschede!) I also did an internship in Buenos Aires ARG. So I could say that I am very interested in different cultures and ways of life. My last big travel was in Chile and the last place I lived in was the city Münster. But somehow I never arrived there and I am searching for a new place to life and finally a way from student-life to "real" life with a job and so on... First try is going to happen now from may to august 2015 in Nürnberg!

CURRENT MISSION

Find the best place to live and settle. Keep the Tango-fire burning and spread it into the world!

ABOUT ME

I am a calm observing person with a big love to music and dance.

PHILOSOPHY
Get connected with yourself and all living around you, dance Tango, be sensitive in nonverbal and non-violent communication and always make or listen to music!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love traveling especially if I have the time to stay a bit longer to really get to know the place and how the people are. So I am less that tourist guy. Now that I moved again to a new place, to the south of germany, where I actually don't have any connection to, I would love to meet CS people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I went to Argentina for an internship and CS was a great possibility to get to know locals. Some years ago when I lived in the Netherlands I had my first guests from canada biking through europe and we had a very inspiring exchange. I would love to host more people as soon as I have a better accommodation.

Interests

Life itself, music, dancing and playing Tango, eating and cooking good food (very important!), bio bio, walks in nature, always biking.

Music, Movies, and Books

I could not survive without music. I like to listen to "classic", jazz, bossa nova and passioned live-music of all kind. I like to play (on violin and singing) easteuropean folk, balkan beats, irish folk, Klezmer, "Gypsy", Tango and other things. And finally next to Tango I also like to dance to electronical music like dubstep and "nowadays" stuff.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I saw and experienced a lot of wonderful things like frozen waterfalls and a "singing lake" in Ontario, the good old Fusion festival in Lärz, Tango in Argentina, las Cataratas del Iguazu, whales of Peninsula Valdes (Patagonia) and a lot of other amazing things.

Teach, Learn, Share

I would like to improve my spanish and hungarian. For teaching see below.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can show you some Tango and Salsa moves and I can teach you in music (theory, guitar, piano), especially in playing the violin, if you ever wanted to try that. I love to cook and share vegetarian recepies.
