About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel, taste, swim, enjoy life

ABOUT ME

I feel its always important to stay positive and in return you will get the best out of everyone. I find it quite easy to get comfortable with new people and love people who don't hold back.

Born in London, raised in Italy, travelled not enough. That's the main reason why I work in the tourism management sector. You get to know people from all around the world, you keep an open mind and you try to travel everytime you can.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no such thing as a boring thing or person. It is possible to learn something where ever you are.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Happy to show people around when I'm in town or to help finding a nice accommodation.
When I am not traveling I spend most of my time in Viterbo, my hometown, so if you are around then feel free to drop me a line and i'll be happy to show you the wonders and sights of this medieval town.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

helped me travel through Tanzania and meet lovely people in Cambodia.

Interests

I have an absolute love for the sea, particularly the Mediterranean, for good food and for good music

I also enjoy exploring and learning from anyone around me

  • dining
  • traveling
  • music
  • scuba diving
  • swimming
  • tourism

Music, Movies, and Books

From Vandana Shiva to Harry Potter. I like different genres of music and films, just no Heavy Methal or Horror movies please.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things i've seen are definitely the temples of Angkor Wat in Cambodia.
One of the most amazing things i've done was jumping with a friend from a very high waterfall in Thailand (I was young and reckless, but survived :P) and diving with my boyfriend in Zanzibar.

Teach, Learn, Share

me: I can teach Italian and English :P, share my knowledge of the country I live in, share my experiences of work on participatory development in India and Sri Lanka, and give you some great tips on how to make a lovely gelato :P

you: you could teach me how to make traditional dishes of your country, how to take nice pictures with my new camera

Countries I’ve Visited

Bangladesh, Belgium, Cambodia, Egypt, France, Germany, Gibraltar, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Maldives, Malta, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Thailand, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
