ABOUT ME

I am happy and easy-going. I'm interested in cultures and traditions and find it interesting to meet people with different views. That's why I am always traveling ;)

Those who were seen dancing were thought to be insane by those who could not hear the music. ~ Nietzsche

Why I'm on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couchsurfing has brought me many great experiences. I've met heaps of cool people and made some really good friends.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've had some people surfing on our couch in Brisbane, Sydney and London which has been really fun. And I've surfed a few times in New Zealand and Paris.

Interests

Hmm lots of things, philosophy, music, reading, writing, photography, traveling, eating, cooking, people eating the food I cooked ;), talking (a lot), drinking wine, laughing.

Music, Movies & Books

I would really like to be a documentary maker/musician/writer but I'm still working on it ;).

One Amazing Thing I've Done

One of the most amazing things I've done is spending a week in the Amazon. With my boyfriend and his uncle Paulo, who started Greenpeace in Brazil. We went on a boat trip trough the Amazon river to get to a very beautiful and basic house on a little desert island. There we spent the week with some friends making music, telling stories and exploring nature. It was very back to basic without electricity or a warm shower. It was so nice and relaxing and the natural surrounding was absolutely amazing! Listening to Paulo's stories about his work for Greenpeace was so interesting and inspiring. I recommend everyone who's on a holiday in Brazil to stay in the Amazon for a few days!
