I am Sophie, I am 35, a cook and a singer.

About me.. I am a very open person. Active, alive, laughing, see things, do things, meet new people. I am the happy shiny one but of course I have my shadows too. I can share both :)
I like making music, yoga, cooking (and eating :P), meditation (I did 3 Vipassana's), I laugh a lot.

I try to enjoy life as much as possible. I know there are certain responsibilities in life, but as far as possible, I try not to take life too seriously. Following my heart and dreams gets easier and easier because I decided to stop worrying about "what if" and just go for it! (Although I fall off the wagen all the time and start to worry about things like "what is there to become of my life", but I keep on climbing back UP that enjoyable wagen again!)

I like it how they say in the end of the movie the Curious case of Benjamin Button: "You can be who ever you want to be, there are no rules for that!"

I do lead a very spontanious life! :D

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I really believe that if you want something, you should go out there and do it. When it comes to traveling, couchsurfing is so helpful. Meeting people, do fun stuff, sharing beautiful and crazy stories, it keeps on changing my view on the world!

I have hosted people from all over the world and I will keep on doing it, because they were all GREAT experiences.

One of the very nicest ones I'll always remember was with Xavier from Spain and Fabrizio from London. We met each other that day and the 3 of us, we had a crazy fun night with pasta, red wine and weird desserts made up after a fridge-search. We had SO MUCH fun :D

Interessen

Music: I play piano, guitar and I sing. I love to make music with people.
What else? Horseriding, learning new languages (currently Italian), have dinner (cooking) and drinks with friends, dancing, reading, traveling of course!!

Watching the sunrise at mont martre paris while eating delicious food of a cook who missed his flight.. but that's just one of them :)

I can share my music. In Barcelona I was singing in an amazing band! We had a lot of concerts in BCN and we jammed at the beach quite often :-) at home in Amsterdam I have got a piano and a guitar
