Movies. Might I just run with a list of choice directors, instead? Ingmar Bergman, David Lynch, Aki Kaurismäki, Hayao Miyazaki, Stanley Kubrick, Michelangelo Antonioni, Robert Bresson, Federico Fellini, François Truffaut - that just reads like a list of masters so I may rather tell you that I'm currently consumed by all things associated with Tarkovsky's 'Solaris'

Reading shows me far-reaching places: looking around, right now, I see everyone from Herman Melville to Edward Said, Samuel Beckett to Wu Hung, Ivo Andrić to Dorothy Parker, Groucho Marx and the Raymonds (Chandler and Carver), of course.
