I'm an enthusiastic gal with a passion for life and the cultivation of meaningful and inspiring relationships.

- Movement: Movement is LIFE! I love dancing, moving, grooving, skiing, skating, climbing, yoga-ing, feldenkrais-ing trekking, monkeying around- anything! Learning currently handstands and really want to learn a backflip.

- Music: I love listening to and creating music. Music is unity, it brings so many people together. It ignites the creative force inside so many of us, which is why I love it. I’ve played cello for 15 years, also tuba, a bit of piano, and now I am learning guitar and flute… and singing along with it all! Let’s JAM!!

- Art: I dabble in videography, making little films here and there. Generally I just love the art of capturing and editing things. It can be so powerful! I also doodle and paint and make other crafts when I can… For me, art is life…

-Spirituality, Theology, and Philosophy: It’s fun to speculate about the world. And beautiful!
