About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Make the most of this spring of rock n roll

ABOUT ME

I am very interested in politics, economics, philosophy food, and especially people.
I have an open mind and love to exchange ideas about anything with other people.
Though thouroughly disagreeing with the statement that politics is boring, there's other things in life as well. Jim Morrison once said that he just wanted to get his kicks before the whole shithouse goes up into flames and sometimes, that's a pretty accurate description of my mindset
I am also interested in cooking, and I like to cook - stop by, and we'll share recipes!

PHILOSOPHY

Why not? - the way to maximum experiences :) If you ask yourself WHY NOT to do something, rather than WHY, you'll end up doing a lot of those wild things, there really is no sensible reason for not doing. And let's face it, we are held back in our actions by silly things sometimes.

Music, Movies, and Books

Jack Kerouac: "On the Road" is a truly outstanding book, and helped define part of what I am.
Milan Kundera's "The unbearable lightness of being" is also something you shouldn't miss.
Bruce Springsteen has provided the soundtrack to my best and worst days.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going from Denmark to India overland in may-aug 05. Iran and Pakistan are excellent to travel in!

Teach, Learn, Share

Would love to spend a day or two in a kitchen with someone and exchange food wisdom :)

I think politics is interesting, and it's always great to hear points of view from other countries.
