Hello! I'm a 23 year old from the United Kingdom currently travelling in South-East Asia!

I was born in the city of Bradford in the north of England. I'm named after an old Scottish poet called Sorley MacLean (I've never met anyone with the same name!). I lived in Bradford until I attended the University of Glasgow from 2014-2018 studying history. After university, I worked for a social housing association in Leeds, helping disadvantaged people access affordable housing.

This is my first ever big trip away from home, and I'm still getting used to the travelling lifestyle! I love meeting new people, hearing stories and experiencing new cultures. So far I have visited: Vietnam, Hong Kong, South Korea, the Philippines, Indonesia and Thailand.
