I am a businessman & a writer. I live in a very nice 90sqm fully climatized apartment in Athens, 300m. from sea. It includes: Sat-TV, Fireplace, Treadmill, Tunturi bike, rowing machine, Weber Grill on 20 sqm terrasse, home cinema, 2 bedrooms, separate kitchen with own terrase and big living room
Surrounding is quiet full with trees. Location is between city and airport, the name of the suburb is Voula. 200m. from apartment is bus and tram stop to Athens.
