ABOUT ME

i'm openminded in everything. easy-going and down-to-earth. a soul searcher part-time hippie who loves adventure.

i love to eat and cook, losing myself at live concerts, share lovely funny moments with other people. i'm also there to give hug for sad heartbreaking moments. i'm very honest with my opinion and not everybody can handle it. i am intelectual and could ask or analyzed too much but that could be that asskick that you might need. i have sense of justice and i would fight for somebodys right if it's necessary.

i found already my profession in the gastronomy. i'm a full blooded gourmand and love to travel, explore and hunt exotic colourful food in the market, fields or jungle that give me inspirations to experiment and create new recipes. i would die for fresh fish, raw beef, game and seafood!

i travelled different kind of places and grew up in two very different cultures and continents. swiss mind, filipino heart, eurosasian values.
i'm not rich and not poor but i feel lucky to have this oppurtunity and i learned to appreciate honesty, respect, values and i believe in karma - what goes around comes all the way back around.

i think life can be very simple if you - accept what you get and be thankful - appreciate what you have and be happy - give everything what you can give without regrets.

for me sports and outdoor activities are important to keep my inner body-mind-soul balance. from mountain hiking, snowboarding fishing, kite surfing, dancing, sailing, yoga,.at the moment i'm addicted to surfing and stand up paddling even in winter.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

surfing- my own bamboo board- bungee jumping- 2x freefall skydiving - giving a 500 years old galapagos tortoise a hug - saved mans life from a suicide - caritas volunteering - stand up paddling from switzerland to italy- the swiss alps - the stars and the sunrise on the top of mount teide in teneriffe- beautiful happy people- big waves - aletsch glacier- to be on three borders at the same time- madagascar - my mama!
