About Me

CURRENT MISSION
Learning Chinese 😄

ABOUT ME
The photo of the four of us perfectly captures the spirit of Couchsurfing. It was taken in New York back in 2011. The guy in the top left is my friend Vasco — I hosted him a year earlier in Paris. Top right is the legendary Norman, whom I met through CS in Montreal. We traveled to New York together and stayed with Bruce, the guy in the bottom right. And yes, I’m the fourth one!

PHILOSOPHY
Is there anything better than a Nutella crêpe? I doubt it! It’s my favorite snack, and I love making crêpes too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

MY COUCHSURFING JOURNEY
Hello everyone from around the world — welcome to Montreal, the heart of French-speaking Canada!

MY COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Before I was able to host guests myself, I had the chance to travel and connect with amazing people from the Couchsurfing community in Norway, Portugal, and Switzerland.

Interests

I love sports, all kind of sports, just ask for more details :)

Music, Movies, and Books

A few days ago, I started reading The Long Walk by Slavomir Rawicz — such an incredible story! I definitely recommend it.

One of my favorite bands is Louise Attaque — their music always gets me moving!

Have you seen Soul Kitchen by Fatih Akin? Probably the best film I’ve watched in the past few months. Highly recommend it!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I walked 1,500 km from the town of Le Puy in France all the way to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. The journey took me 8 weeks to complete, and along the way, I had the chance to meet incredible people from all over the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I’ve always had a passion for languages! For years, I struggled to pronounce the Spanish “R” — but I finally mastered it. If you're curious, I’d be happy to show you how!

Countries I’ve Visited

Germany, Italy, Peru, Portugal, Spain
