Overview
About Me
Hello there, my name is Cristian Soza Aguilar. I studied English Teaching at the Universidad Católica of Temuco. English has given me the chance to meet new people/cultures/lifestyles and so on. I have great interest in learning more about life/cultures/lifestyles from different perspectives. I believe that we create our own reality.
I'm looking forward to meeting you, so that we can talk about whatever comes to our precious minds.
My motto is the following "I AM GOING TO SEE THE WORLD" , what can you tell me about it? what's your favorite motto?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm couchsurfing due to the fact that I'm into meeting new people from different places around the globe. I'm looking forward to travel abroad in a couple of more years and I would like to see how the couchsurfing experience can help out me, in order to gather some crucial information while travelling, as well as to create expectations so that I could be prepared in a way to face other realities.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like listening to music a lot. I have many friends that like different sort of music, so I pretty much have a respect for any music genre and the way it sounds along with its message. I would say that I tend to listen to music according to my mood. I love listening to new songs and genres. In relation with movies, I often watch movies with my friends. I'm more into documentaries and series. One my my favories documentaries is "Humano" by Alan Stivelman and series is "Cosmos" by Carl Sagan. I read a lot about spiritualism, buddhism, mindfullness and history. The book I like the most is "The power of the now" by Eckhart Tolle.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things that I have done and still like doing it, is to travel on my own. From time to time I like to travel to a new place by my own means. The greatest knowledge comes from travelling and new experiences.
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to teach English and things about the "Chilote" Culture.
I would like to learn new languages and cultures.
I like sharing with people, it makes me happy. Doesn't matter what you share as long as you share it humbly.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have got a room for visits, although it is not biggest one, it is within a family environment composed by my mom and I.
I can also tell you fancy stories about myths and legends from my hometown Quellón.
