ABOUT ME

Kathy (my wife) and I both love traveling, although we've slowed down a bit recently. We are curious individuals and free spirits at heart. We love to learn, so if you have something to teach (which you do!), please share. Couchsurfing has brought many friends into our lives and we look forward to inviting many more in our lives.

We also have a 9 year old who loves to play outdoors in nature, especially if there's water involved.

PHILOSOPHY

Love others. Even the smallest light can cast out the deepest darkness.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have surfed quite a bit during my travels, and for the first time in 2018, we surfed together as a family. We have hosted some and enjoyed learning and sharing with our guests.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed with many people in my travels over the past years. This has changed traveling for me and opened doors to experience the perspective of a place from the local's point of view. We have surfed a handful of times as a family and absolutely loved it!

We love...the outdoors, coffee, guitar, live music, reading, sharing experiences with others, hearing stories from others. We try to spend as much time as we can outside.
