ABOUT ME

I'm pretty down to earth for the most part. I know it's cliche to tell people that about yourself right off the get go but it's true. I like the simple things in life.

I work pretty steadily at my main job but I'm a creator of fun things. I have my own shop with my partner where I sell the things I make & reproduce his artwork for all! I do that in the majority of my spare time.

I'm an observer. I'm a pretty quiet kind o' gal. I like watching and learning without becoming the center of attention. Though don't let that fool you, I have a strong personality!

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live my life in the current, the present day. I can't change what's happened in the past, try to live forward with no regrets. Hold fast to the feelings of optimism and enlightenment. To treat people with respect in hopes that it'll be returned. To lend a hand to those in need, whether they can "pay me" back in the future or not does not apply.
It's simple to live life when there is no hate. No grudges, no self pitying situations.

Interessi

I like to tinker and play with old watch parts. Design something new and unique out of something so old and interesting. I like to push myself into making new things, being able to make something completely one of a kind.
I enjoy longboarding when I do it.
And painting when I feel the call (though that's not very often these days). I enjoy sitting around and doing nothing at all when I feel my week has been extremely busy. I love tea and going out for sushi. I love baking - there's just something about creating delicious foods from such simple ingredients. When they combine - it's a masterpiece! Unless, of course, I ruin it! Haha!

Musica, film e libri

My music taste can be all over the place, some days you'll find me listening to Motion City Soundtrack, other days I'll be bobbing my head along to the crazy beats that Shigeto or Flying Lotus are laying down through my speakers. Or perhaps the melodies of A.F.I. No? Perhaps today is a No Doubt kind of day. Or even some Snow Patrol. Potentially there will be a little Borgore or Flyleaf..

Movies - anything between fantasy, drama, some action flicks, few horrors, documentaries and foreign.

I like reading true crime novels, sci-fi works of Simon R. Green and those that are educational.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

As the youngest sibling, it's always a fun and enlightening experience when I can beat my brother at something! I remember being a young (pre)teen and jumping off a 40+ foot cliff into the water at a gorge when he wouldn't. It was an amazing rush & experience!
