One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had the opportunity of start cooking in a restaurant without any professional experience before, and stayed there for 2 years during the weekends: amazing, challenging, inspiring

Teach, Learn, Share

Teaching Spanish is my job during the week, and I really enjoy it and learn a lot from it :)

Didactics in general, so I can share experiences and perspectives with other people interested in the field. Working and observing together is a good way of learning.

My other big passion is cooking and I learn from everybody and everything. I love sharing in this field! :P Interested in dishes from everywere!
