ABOUT ME

I like to walk, run or anything that keeps me on the move. I have an avid love for the outdoors from backpacking to canoeing and everything in between. I love to fight gravity and rock climb whenever I can. I like to think I'm easy going. I just want to see all I can and experience as much as possible.

PHILOSOPHY

Show up and have an open mind. All the crazy cliche type things because I have found for the most part, despite the cheesy factor, they have truth to them. Why do I live my life? Because it was given to me and I want to say I had the best time I could.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My couchsurfing thus far has only extended to crashing on the couch or floor of my friends in my sleeping bag for a night. I've just tried to find a place to sleep on whatever trip I'm on.

I have seen the sun rise on top of mountains in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Adirondacks of New York.

An old friend once told me that faith is like a map-some people put the map down and settle because they know where they are and they are fine with that. But other people look at the map and continue to find where they are going. Can't that apply to anything?
