Overview
About Me
Im a twenty two year old who just graduated with a degree in food science. Post college I cycled across America with 4k for cancer to support young adults who have cancer. During the trip I realized that my degree and I were not the best match and team devlopment/managment was my calling. I had plans to move to Seattle, WA but changed them to Denver, CO. Plana for the next year or so are to build a tiny home and pay off college debt!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Someday I want to travel around the world. Before I do that, I know I need to be creditable. I know it will help in the long run . When I finish my travels, I plan on returning the favor to those who need it. They say a kind heart is a happy heart!
Interests
I love biking and do it year round. Mostly road cycle, but sometimes hit the trails on my mountain bike. Cooking is something I love, but don't always have time during the semester. I am a huge fan of music, only listening to it though. Well, I really like musical systems. At the moment I have two stereo systems hocked up to each other to play music. Recently I have gotten into beer brewing and hoping to perfect that in the next two years. Oh and I also started meditating! That has been one of most beneficial things in my life ever!

Music, Movies, and Books
I struggle with having favorites, it makes me feel confined.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Each spring break my friends and I take 5 or 6 days and hike. Away from society, technology and the normality of life. It is the highlight of my year and I always feel more connected to the world when I'm in the middle of the woods surrounded by birds and trees.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love learning, especially when its cross cultural! It teaches me a deeper sense that we are all from are connected in some way, but we are born in different places. With this information, I then see how I can apply it to my life to benefit others I am working with or for. I have learned this is the best way in which everyone benefits.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Hosts are welcome to anything in the house. I will accommodate them with as best of a bed as I can make. If there is food in the fridge, they are welcome to any of it. All amenities are also open to their use including Netflix.
