I’ve loved world maps ever since I was a little kid and have only starting traveling outside the USA since 2017, but now I can’t stop! Every time I get back home I want to start planning my next trip somewhere.

One thing that I’ve found about traveling is that it can be so much better when you get to experience where you are through the people. I have had the pleasure of living for an extended period with an Ecuadorian family in Quito, Ecuador and then an Argentinian family in Málaga, Spain, and it has made me fall in love with seeing the world through others’ eyes. People are the coolest part of this world and I love checking out new places from someone’s familiar perspective.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

This app is seriously the coolest. I was in Europe in summer 2018 and spent a week and a half traveling solo, but I was never really alone! I stayed with 3 hosts and every day met up with other couchsurfers via hangouts. It’s so intriguing to me to learn about how others view the world or what their country is like. It’s a super great connector; I have friends all over the world now and I’m hoping to make even more!
