Hi! I'm a friendly, outgoing grad student from California that loves to travel and have adventures whenever I get the chance. Right now, I'm traveling across Scandinavia for a couple of weeks, ending with a work conference in Stockholm.

I'm a pretty outdoorsy person and love hiking, surfing, climbing, camping, backpacking, etc. This trip, I'm hoping to really get to know the different landscapes of the far north.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the past, we've used my housemate's profile (https://www.couchsurfing.com/people/stardust3413) to advertise our house and host people, but now that I'm traveling I decided to make my own profile (and forgot that I already made one a long time ago). I'm looking for couches to crash on and also to make friends in the cities that I pass through, especially if you know of fun things to do around town.

Last year I went to Australia and drove a tiny little Hyundai across the Outback. It was incredible!

Teach: anything with computers or cars, hiking/camping and hitchhiking tricks, general exploration. I suppose I can tell you about California, too?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a great cook! I'm also pretty handy and can help out with fixing things around the house, your car, your bike, or whatever else. Also good conversation, great stories, and plenty of connections if you ever head out to the Western US.
