ABOUT ME

I am an easy going guy who loves music, people, and adventures. Getting out of my comfort zone is something I like to do. I feel it is when you learn the most.

I have recently quit my job, sold all my stuff, and come to Europe on a one-way ticket. I'm excited to travel around and see all the sights and make some connections along the way. Hopefully I'll get to meet you during this incredible time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have hosted some amazing people and have made lasting friendships with some. When traveling, surfing is always one of the first options I consider.

I'm excited to plant roots in a new place for the sole reason of accommodating travelers. I have met so many wonderful people who have been incredibly nice and helpful that I'm excited to do the same for others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed the people who have surfed at my home. Everyone has been really cool and friendly. I will continue to host as well as surf and can't wait to meet more lovely people.

兴趣

I love music, going out dancing or to sit and talk and have drinks with friends.
I also enjoy relaxing at home with a good company.
I am down for new experiences so I am open to most things. Drinking and taking naps in parks are also a couple of my favorite past times.

MUSIC
It's hard for me to answer what my favorite music is so I'll list a few things off the top of my head.
- I have been listening to Kelela, Sade, Fela Kuti, William Onyeabor, lots of House and Funk and the list goes on and on.
- Amy Winehouse still is one of my favorite artists. I even have a tattoo devoted to her
- I have a pretty great record collection

MOVIES
Two movies I've seen on this trip that I loved were Mad Max: Fury Road and Lobster which was a really great film.
- One of my favorite movies is Scott Pilgrim vs. the World but I LOVE horror movies and The Conjuring is definitely one of my favorites.

BOOKS
The last book I read was 1984 and now I KNOW the end is near :(

I never want to stop learning. I love learning from everyone and every experience. I believe everyone can teach you something you didn't already know. It makes us more complex people with more to share with others.

Experiences, stories, positive energy, a different outlook, I can share a lot. Lets meet and get our sharing on! I am also a pretty good cook and can introduce you to some Louisiana cuisine.
