HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I want to be a host for everybody who wants to visit Biberach. I can show you around and I´m sure we will have lots of fun.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I 'm quiet new here, that means that I don´t have so much experience. In june I was together with my friend on a tour trough Germany to visit several universities. We got to know many people and it was really exciting. Unfortunately I have not been a host yet but I hope this will change soon!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most wonderful places I have ever visited were the Fiji Islands. My brother did a voluntary service on a little island, called Galloa. The indigenous people there live in harmony with the nature and they know a lot about plants, fruits and the sea. They showed us how to fish with spears. We slept in little huts, called "Bures" that they build themselves. In the evening we often sat together in the community hall to drink "Cava", a drink made out of a special root and to sing and dance.
The natives always had time for you, there was no stress at all, they live together in peace and harmony and even if the live a simple life they perhaps know more about the things that are really important in life than we do. Nevertheless the western people often feel superior to native people even if we suffer from diseases like "burn out" , they don´t even know because they always take their time, relax and enjoy the day.
