ABOUT ME

I like to discover the nature of light, which gave me the possibility to work all over the world. I'm Dutch and lived in Holland, Germany, Japan and Malaysia, where I worked on organic and high power LEDs. I currently live in Malaysia on the island Penang with my Thai wife Arunee.

I like to gain different perspectives on life. I'm looking for new friends to set-up international projects and create teams in order to get people together and have creative fun. Examples are interactive storytelling and video editing. I won several video competitions on internet, which made me appear in commercials and live on MTV-Networks. PHILOSOPHY

As a world citizen I want the right to have a world visa. In order to think out of the box, start with thinking out of the office. Now with internet, a lot of people should be able to choose their own work location. To contribute to a greener and free world.

I am looking for open, international people everywhere I go and I am happy to provide room for people wanting to visit Penang, Malaysia.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great! From staying 1 week in a timeless farm on Sado island to teaming up with couchsurfers to see the biggest firework spectacle in northern Japan with 800,000 other visitors. And more to come.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

The most amazing thing is the visions I had and the dreams that came true. Although mine were of little importance, my mother dreamed about elephants banging there head against the ceiling, water came through the cracks and people started to panic. She called her friends, saying that Holland would disappear below the sea level. Instead, 1 hour later, the tsunami in southeast Asia 2004 was on the news.

Well, to everyone: teach, learn and share, but also create and undertake! Keep and enrich your culture. Drop your prejudices. Once outside your natural habitat, you will see unprejudiced. Try to take this back to your homeland.
