About Me

I'm a 20 year old young man from Germany studying African Development Studies in Geography at the University of Bayreuth. I was working as volunteer in Tanzania for one year teaching English at a primary school. In Tanzania, I also had my first Couchsurfing experience.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's great to meet and stay with local people when traveling. You can learn so much more about their place, country, and culture than from reading a travel guide. Experiencing the other also teaches you a lot about yourself; you often realize that these differences are only superficial. We are all here to interact with each other, to learn share ant teach. That's what I love about Couchsurfing.
