um, well, if we could all just get along... don't know. i'd like to be the change i seek?

ABOUT ME

i love connecting with people on a more than superficial level. i think it's possibly what we're all here for and maybe the key to true "peace". music helps me keep what little sanity i have left... singing, playing, listening. i dabble in other forms of art. i'm a somewhat single mom of 3 really wonderful (most of the time) kids, a playful, intelligent, quirky husky/shepherd and 2 young cats. they occupy most of my time, but on occasion, i get to travel a little.
our house is very active, unconventional, and open. there's often more kids than just mine hanging out here or coming and going at all hours of the day/night, but they're a great group of young folks (although often quit goofy and occasionally a bit misguided)
I love to play guitar and sing. trying to learn the mandolin... slowly. Love conversation, cooking/eating good food, meeting new, interesting people, watching good movies/shows, etc.
