ABOUT ME

I am an upbeat, outgoing explorer. I love art, history, architecture, people, literature, dance, dancing, music, martial arts and eclectic sub-cultures.

I am younger than my age. I start out quiet as I observe the people around me but I have no problem introducing myself. Once I've gotten the lay out I come out of my shell.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I was introduced to CS from some friends who raved about it. It sounds like my cup of tea. I have always opened my house when I could to acquaintances. I've always been social and never have problems meeting new people and making new friends.

Interests

I have been traveling around the USA for all of my life. I've been to the four corners of this country and I've been to a couple of European countries. Now I wish to do some more travel and exploration of the world.

I have been planning a trip to Russia. In about a year from now (now being April 2011) I hope to ride from Vladivostok on the Trans Siberian Railway to Moscow.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was lead builder of the Burning Man for three years and I've been involved with the event for over 15 years.

I was a tank mechanic in the US Army and was stationed in Bavaria for two years.
