I’m a Sri Lankan-American raised in Los Angeles, California. I practice Theravada Buddhism. I’m attending UC Berkeley to study Ethnic Studies, Political Economics, and Global Issues. I’m super interested in American and global politics and social issues. I’m particularly passionate about addressing racial inequalities in America.
I love going to music festivals and raves! I’m always willing to wake up super early to go on a beautiful hike or to explore new areas. I’ll always sacrifice sleep to stay up with new friends and create lasting memories.
Currently, I’m traveling around Europe to take a break from school and to learn more about the various cultures and beauties within it!

I honestly believe the best way to learn about a culture is by connecting and living with locals. I’ve done touristy stuff in various cities and it’s not nearly as fun as connecting with the people who know best about the cities!
