Recently wrapped up grad school in the Midwest. Currently in New York in search of potential employment in journalism. I also hope to engage with the "underground music scene" to live, learn and share artistically. When not engaged in informed discourse about our current socioeconomic condition, political climate or the regular drudgery of life, I'm usually immersed in music appreciation and practice. I spend a lot of time composing and arranging original music. Over the course of a decade, I lived in different cities around the world and had the amazing opportunity of connecting with local musicians to write and perform original music. Life without these experiences seems unfathomable at this point. If you're a musician or an artist of any kind, I would love to hear from you. What inspires you to create? Do you think the artistic expression is a luxury only few can afford or is it inherent to the human experience where everyone has the desire to express artistically?

I moved out of where I was born and traveled halfway across the world to pursue an independent life and carve my unique life journey. On the way, I have met some fascinating human beings and had riveting life experiences that have shaped my outlook on humanity. I enjoy exploring cuisines and music, meeting other interesting individuals, and sharing experiences about our existence on this planet.
