ABOUT ME

Marina (who I will be travelling with) and I grew up in Canada, in a small town outside of Toronto. We attended school together until univeristy where we then went to university in separate provinces. We are both outgoing, fun, athletic and adventurous. We are primarily English speaking, however we both speak French. We are both taking a year off of school after completing our first degree and we are looking forward to experienceing other cultures and lifestyles. Our european adventure begins in Spain and then France then we are doing a contiki tour through Europe for 24 days. Can't wait!!

PHILOSOPHY

Liquor before beer and you're in the clear!!! You only live once....it's not about how many breaths you take but how many moments take your breath away.
We are both easy going girls who are looking to have fun. We don't sweat the small stuff..it's all small stuff.

We heard about this program from friends who have recently spent time in europe and who enjoyed their couch surfing experience very much. We intend to pass on our enthusiasm about this program following our participation.

All types of music. Recently all we've read are textbooks related to Criminology, Math and Biology.

Being born and raised in central Canada we have a strong knowledge of the great Canadian culture. Living near Toronto gave us the opportunity to experience the great multiculturalism that this city have to offer. We have also experience small town living and the experiences that this type of lifestyle has to offer. The Canadian culture has been strongly influences by its immigrants and thus so have we. We have a strong sense of what it means to be accepting of other cultures, ethnicities and religions.
We also have a knowlege of Canadian cooking and customs of which we would love to share with others as we would love to have others to share with us.
