Overview
About Me
I live in Fort Collins, CO - love a good beer, and good times with friends. Love traveling to new places and meeting new people. By day I'm a graphic designer at a marketing agency - by weekend I may be found riding my motorcycle around, attempting something in the kitchen, crafting leather, painting, hiking - or just hanging out on a patio with a tasty beer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet new people, travel the world, and see new places from the eyes of people who really live there.
Although I would like to host - my current living situation doesn't work for this, there are just too many people and dogs and not enough space. I hope to be able to host again when I have more space!
Interests
beer drinking, riding my motorbike around, hiking, biking, swimming, reading, writing, learning, painting, drawing, photography, eating, running, yoga, adventures, hanging out, music, the ocean, summer, the color of leaves in the fall, the first snow, eating the perfect grilled cheese with tomato soup, seeing the stars from atop a mountain, laughing with friends, hearing touching stories, ice cream with sprinkles, doing life in general.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading! all things with words or pictures.
Devil in the White City, Guns Germs & Steel, James Bond books, The Big Burn,
Music: Maggie Rogers, Sylvan Esso, Sharon Jones, Harry Belafonte, The steeldrivers, Radio Citizen, Ella Vos, George Ezra, Rainbow Kitten Surprise, Overcoats, Earl St. Clair, Wax Tailor, Umse, Bellaruche, Pretty Lights, Trampled by Turtles, Elephant Revival, Thao and the Get Down, blah blah blah the list is too long for this profile.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I see amazing things everyday--the sun coming over the crest of a mountain, people helping out complete strangers, a dandelion growing out of a stone wall thats a hundred years old. Life seems to be an amazing adventure every time I wake up, so I'm liking that. Living abroad in Italy was probably the greatest thing I've done for myself though, it completely changed the direction and scope of my life in so many ways. The world got a lot bigger for me when I did my first stint overseas.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A laugh, a smile, maybe a new beer, a good story, potentially something tasty: my ratio is typically 80% success/20% questionable tasting ;)
