My friend Nik and I will be coming to Praia, CV to check out the local kizomba dance community. We also would love to connect, find a couch to crash on and share wonderful memories with locals or fellow travelers. I'm from Brasil so I speak Portuguese in case that helps! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel a lot and find that making friends abroad is the #1 most important thing in a trip. Aside from being somewhere fairly quiet and that has good food of course. I use this platform mainly for the 'hangout now' feature when I'm in a new town, but have slowly started to actually couch surf once again.

I'm also happy to host my first CS surfers whenever someone needs it. I’ve only received one request to date and it didn’t work out because their travel plans changed. I've been wanting to give back in this way for a long time - reach out if you’re in town!

Interests

Kizomba is my personal project for the next couple of years. I started dance classes in 2024 and plan on doing them for at least another couple of years. I am in love! If you're into movement and/or an adventurer open to new experiences, come with me for a class or social, the communities tend to be super fun and welcoming.

Other than this I like activities that promote a state of flow: no mind, yum! Physical exercise, dance, running....also reading, movies, having conversations, exploring, travelling...and delicious, nutritious food food food! And way too much true crime, unfortunately.
